Our goal is to make sure you as a business owner have the support and answers you need to be successful. Any services provided by us are guaranteed for the life if the business. Once service has been completed, you can still call us in the future with your service related questions. With the exception of Website builds, any service requiring updates in the future, just let us know, it is also covered.
Whether you purchase Individual services or Subscription services, I.AM.Inc offers three ways to pay.​

Pay in full
This is a one time payment based on the total price of individual services or the Scope of Work estimate provided after the client introduction.

Tends to be the most economic option. Once payment in full has been received, if the project requires more hours than were originally estimated, there is no additional charge.

Payment in full to be received prior to commencement of work

Installments
You may pay for total individual or subscription services in three (3) installments.

Total service estimate must be more than $500.00

There is a 10% service charge for this option (Ex. Service total is $500.00, service charge is $50.00, Installment amount $550.00/3 = $183.33 per payment)

1/3 to be paid prior to commencement, 2/3 to be paid at 50% completion, 3/3 to be paid once service has been completed.

You may pay weekly or monthly as services are completed. This is an economic option for longer service projects.

We understand the cost of a new website may not be in the budget, but the need to have one is immediate. To accommodate the different budgets of our clients, I.AM.Inc offers in house financing for the cost of a website build over $2,500.00.

* We offer 0% interest on our financing, however we charge a monthly maintenance fee of $100.00. During the finance term, I.AM.Inc will maintain and update the website at the clients direction until the website has been paid in full. Once payment in full has been received, ownership control and website access will be signed over to the client. ​

If you purchase the Company's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.
